Jessica Rowe continues to her partnership with Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) in their newest public relations and social media campaign that encourages Australians to shop at their local butcher and support small business.

Jess is a self confessed Crap Housewife who struggles in the kitchen, and shares her culinary (mis)adventures on her Instagram channel. The Greatest Butcher On Your Block campaign will see Jess learn tips and tricks from butchers to try and improve her culinary skills.

“Last time we put the spotlight on our local butchers and shared their wonderful stories” Jess said. “This time MLA is on the hunt for the greatest butcher recipes and hacks to help Aussies get the best out of their beef and lamb.

“We’ll be asking butchers everywhere to share their top butcher hacks – everything from cooking and preparation to their favourite beef and lamb recipes. Local butchers are true artisans of their craft who are always happy to help with common sense cooking advice.”

“I learnt a huge amount and now my meat cooking skills have improved enormously. My husband and family couldn’t be happier about that!” she said. “The little tips and simple tricks the butchers passed onto me worked a treat so I can’t wait to discover more amazing hacks this time around.”
